Strategy before outreach

Know where you stand in the market before you spend a day searching it.

iCareer Strategies is the research and strategy practice of iCareerSolutions. We measure how visible an executive is to the recruiters who run searches at their level, map the market they're targeting, and write the plan that the outreach then executes.

The State of Executive Job Search

Our study of where senior roles are actually being filled, how long searches take, and what has replaced the application route at the top end.

Why strategy first

Most executive searches fail on sequencing, not effort. The résumé goes out before the target list exists; outreach starts before anyone has checked whether the profile even surfaces for the titles it's meant to attract; the search firms that matter are contacted last, if at all. Each of those is a strategy failure that no amount of activity fixes.

We put the research in front of the activity: who fills these roles, who they call first, what they search for, and what your profile shows them today. Then the campaign, run by iCareerSolutions to the NRRA Standard Process, has something to execute.
